This report discusses the results of the 2018 edition of the survey on consumers’ attitudes towards cross-border trade and consumer-related issues, which is part of a series of reports within the EU Consumer Programme. The study is a follow-up of a series of related studies that have been conducted since 2006. It was commissioned by the Consumers, Health, Agriculture and Food Executive Agency (Chafea). The European Commission gathers systematic evidence to monitor consumer markets and national consumer conditions within the EU, summarised in the flagship Consumer Conditions Scoreboards (CCS). Results from this survey will feed the 15th edition of the CCS
