This report presents 30 cross-border public service (CPS) case studies. A brief description of the selection process illustrates the diversity of case studies, the geographic and thematic balance and organisational differences. Each case study is presented in a standardised fiche. Case study descriptions consider the conceptual framework developed at the beginning of the study. The report closes with conclusions highlighting findings and policy-relevant take-aways.
